PRESS RELEASE // Community Invited to the 39th Annual Nampa Festival of the Arts
Nampa Parks and Recreation is excited to announce the 39th Annual Nampa Festival of the Arts on August 8 and 9 in Lakeview Park, presented by TDS Fiber.
Enjoy over 200 artisan booths with unique handmade items, including jewelry, metal art, paintings and more! In addition to the arts, you can find your favorite foods in the food court, including an artisan food section, and enjoy local entertainment on the TDS Fiber Main Stage. There will also be free inflatables for the kids.
There is a new Hispanic art display across the street from the park at the Idaho Hispanic Community Center (315 Stampede Drive). The juried art show is sponsored by the College of Western Idaho, and the art pieces are judged by students from the College of Western Idaho Art Department. There will also be a juried art show “community choice award” for attendees to vote on.
Parking for the festival is free and can be accessed off 16th Avenue. Please leave your pets at home, as no pets are allowed at the event.
