Metagross is a Steel/Psychic dual typed Pokemon that is considered to be one of the Pseudo-Legendary Pokemon, a Pokemon with base stats totaling 600 and not a unique Legendary Pokemon. Metagross received a Mega Evolution with

the release of the 2014 titles Pokemon OmegaRuby & Alpha Sapphire. This page will post about all things Metagross, including fan art, trading cards, video game movesets and tricks, appearances in media, and more. of course when I'm NOT Posting about Metagross you can expect posts related to other video games that may or not be Nintendo. Finished my first ever Mystery Dungeon game with Red Rescue Team!

For so long I had ignored this spinoff series after I bounced off it a few years back. But with a little patience, I ended up really falling in love with this game!

The dungeon crawling was surprisingly fun once I got into it, and the story had some unexpectedly tense and dramatic moments.

After finishing Red Rescue Team I think I understand why this spinoff series is so beloved, and I’m excited to play more. Tomorrow, my copy of Rescue Team DX should arrive in the mail so I’ll be able to play the game again with modern visuals and mechanics.

And I’ve also got my wife’s copy of Explorers of Sky queue’d up next. Looks like this is going to be a Mystery Dungeon Summer!

The Pokémon TCG’s 30th anniversary set will include reprints of some of the most iconic cards from throughout the game’s existence.

And for the 30th, they picked a Metagross card! Metagross Delta Species is one of the select few cards getting featured in this set!

Out of all the Metagross cards ever released, the Delta Species card is probably the most powerful in terms of competitive viability in its era. The backbone of the “Metanite” deck which combined Delta Species Dragonite and Metagross to devastating effect.

Really cool to see Metagross featured in the anniversary collection and very excited to add the reprint to my collection.
