RACERS - WE HEAR YOU. NOW WE NEED TO HEAR FROM ALL OF YOU.
We've been reading the comments about our August 22 Bracket Race, especially the concerns about the August heat and requests for evening racing.
We hear you.
Moving this race to Saturday evening isn't an option because we have another previously scheduled event that night. We also know that evening racing doesn't work for everyone.
Before making decisions based on a handful of Facebook comments, we want to hear from the entire bracket racing community.
And don't forget what's waiting at the finish line August 22...

Most racers have no idea their insurance policy has a horsepower limit. Some companies stop covering your race car once it makes too much power, even when it is just sitting in your shop or riding in your trailer.

We don't. For off-track coverage, horsepower is not the deciding factor. For On-Track coverage, eligibility is based on your race class and elapsed time, not horsepower.

With other policies the ceiling is sometimes six hundred. Sometimes eight hundred. We have seen a thousand. The problem is that nobody building a race car checks that number before ordering the next combination.

Build all the horsepower you want. We don't use horsepower to decide whether we can insure your race car.
