We would like to congratulate our fast little driver of the “lil mean 14” machine Aeyla Jarvis on bringing home a solid 4th place finish in the Mini Wedge World Championship last night !!! We finally got some speed going setting her fastest lap times ever ! We wanted the podium but some tough door to door bumping and banging landed a respectable 4th position and we will take that all day !!! Congrats to all of the mini wedge drivers and crews ! On to the next one ! Chasin checkers !! 🏁🏁🏁🏁

Looks like this race has gotten so big even Tyler Carpenter and Zack Dohm are both trying to sneak into our Mini Wedges!😂

Sorry boys… We checked the rules apparently adults aren’t allowed to race Mini Wedges. Guess you’ll have to settle for watching the biggest Mini Wedge event ever!

Race recap 🏁

Princeton speedway:

Aeyla 14a: After a good bit of work on the car we thought we were ready to put down a win but our luck has been rough. Flat tire in staging had dad running to the trailer to get the tire inflater. Got it pumped up and sent her on the track but the leak was too severe and in true “little mean”fashion she pushed through and finished the race bouncing that right rear all over the track and finishing in 3rd place for her feature

Logan 41: A break out race for the young gun has been in the making for a long time but it wasn’t tonight. Logan started in a good position but fell to the tail. I thought we may have been battling some fears but the little driver told me he had the pedal “slammed down”. After looking further into it we realized the throttle was only opening 3/4 of the way. (Dad is a crappy mechanic 😅) he finished 8th and was still happy to run his race car

Dad 141: The 141 comeback after the previous weeks crash was nothing short of awesome !! Still running the back of the pack but we had a race car ! Tons of gains on control and speed setting my fastest time ever for Princeton. The feature was an absolute slug fest through the field but we managed to come away without any damage. Our buddy Cory got the W and we were super excited for him! Great night of racing for sure !

Not a lot of post lately but time to catch up. The 141 took a heck of a shot just one week ago and we didn’t know if we would be able to afford to continue. It was looking like the “Goku car” was finished… but thanks to a great dirt track family the 141 rose from the rubble in just a few short days and came back better than ever setting my fastest times and best racing at both tracks this weekend !! I couldn’t have came close to any of this without the support of great people especially C.W from the 429 crew. He sacrificed time and parts to help one of the slowest guys on the track get back in the game and I can’t think him enough. More motivated than ever we will continue to learn and get better !!!

Short recap of last night at Princeton: Aeyla brought in 3rd in her feature no issues but still lacking a little speed but we are getting closer 😁. Logan was faced with a slimly slick track condition that he wasn’t comfortable with and was a little light on the pedal bringing home 6th for his feature. We’re cleaning up the cars now and preparing for autograph double points night at Beckley tonight ! Both drivers are motivated and ready to go ! Come on out and meet the drivers tonight and watch the dirt fly !

We’ve been having bum luck lately but we are starting early this week and putting the work in ! Down but not out we are learning ! Goin back to the basics of square one and teaching the whole team! Watch out for these drivers next week they are comming for the checkers 🏁🏁🏁🏁

Sadly our recap of this past weekend is brief as both cars broke early ending the night for the kiddos. Logan continued to have carburetor problem that we cannot figure out so we are starting fresh with his motor. Aeyla’s throttle broke so she will be getting a fresh carburetor to correct that issue. Just some bad luck but we are motivated and focused on getting back in the game. Points remained the same with Aeyla in 2nd and Logan in 5th at beckley but they are on the edge of dropping if we don’t lock it down so we are working to get it right ! Thank you Busted Knuckle Equipment Repair LLC for hooking is up with race funds to get us well on our way and thank you to our other great sponsors as well ! We are trying to get those victory lane pics for you all but it’s a rocky road to the top and we won’t stop until we are there !

Recap on dad in the 141: no heat races qualified 21/23 cars strait to feature and finished 15/23 good night of leaning and boding with the car. Still slow but always having fun.

We will do a recap post tommorow but just wanted to shout out the “young gun 41” Logan Jarvis on his first podium finish bringing home 3rd out of 6 cars at Princeton on Friday ! 🏁 Good job little wheel man !
