hi loves 🖤 i wanted to take a moment to share a little update on my booking policy.

every appointment i schedule is time set aside just for you. when cancellations happen last minute, it’s often too late to fill that spot, which directly impacts my day and my small business. i completely understand that things come up. life isn’t always predictable, but i do ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

appointments canceled within 24 hours will have a 25% cancellation fee. this isn’t meant to be harsh, just to create a little structure and protect the time i dedicate to each of you.

i truly value every single client who sits in my chair, and i’m so grateful for your continued support, understanding, and respect for my time. it never goes unnoticed.
