Bay Community Events The Bay Harvest Festival is an annual small town festival enjoyed by the community over several decades.

The festival is put on by volunteers and not affiliated with the city. President - Taysia Davis

The concession stand ladies and The Bay Fire Dept and their smoked Bologna sandwiches. They were a hit!!!👨🏻‍🚒👩🏻‍🚒
