Program Replacement Update- 9/18/2026 home game

We have contacted the printing company regarding reports of programs coming apart. Mele has informed us that there was an error on their end and has agreed to replace the programs that were sold.

We have pulled a report of all program purchases. Purchases were made through Square payment portals, which provide us with the type of card used for the purchase and the last four digits of the card number, but do not provide the name of the purchaser.

To ensure replacement programs are properly distributed to those who purchased them, please complete the Google Form provided with the requested purchase information. https://forms.gle/1brZbFfso1STXmx48

Once the replacement print order is received, new programs will be available for pickup. Pickup instructions will be emailed directly to purchasers once the replacement programs are ready.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we work to get this corrected.
