Fun fact: MAD STUDIO started in an old pool hall on Pleasant Street in Brunswick!

We used chairs as ballet barres and had no heat. Yes, we wore ski pants and winter coats to class! 😅 Just me at 17, teaching four classes a week to 15 kids, with BIG dreams.

Now? Three studio rooms, heat and AC 🙌, five amazing teachers, 100+ dancers, and more than 40 classes every week!

Getting here has taken more out of me than most people will ever know. I’ve lost myself more times than I can count and truly thought, “It’s time to walk away.” But then I’d walk into the studio and see the people who make it all worth it!!

Our MAD community reminds me why I started, and gives me the heart to keep going. 🖤

That 17-year-old girl always believed this was possible. She didn’t know how she’d get here, but she could see what that little studio could become. I wish I could give her a big hug and say, “Be kinder to yourself. It’s going to be really, really hard sometimes, but wait until you see what we build.”

And we’re not done yet. We’re still chasing dreams and setting big goals. The best is still ahead!

To all my fellow studio owners out there, nothing but love and respect! We all started with a dream, and I hope you take a moment to feel proud of how far you’ve come, too. 🖤

Princess Tea Party Camp 👑🫖✨

We colored, practiced our princess manners and royal waves, danced at the ball, climbed mountains, crawled through caves to find the dragon, had lunch by the waterfront, and ordered our own ice cream.🍦

The sweetest two days of imagination, confidence, and fun. 💕

Summer Picnic Camp 🧺☀️

Three days of dancing, learning, and growing together! We spent our time strengthening skills, exploring different styles, working on movement quality, and building confidence in the studio. ☀️
