g dance steps and choreography. TDF uses 80% music of Latin flair and 20% multicultural music. Dancing offers an excellent type of exercise it makes your heart pump faster, works your muscles and makes you breathe faster. With use of original music by original recording artists, TDF program uses just a few, very easy-to-learn steps to work different parts of your body and this creates the style that allows students to pick up combinations as they learn. As you move your body while dancing, you strengthen your heart, tone your muscles, improve balance and burn fat. Dance of any sort offers an advantage over other types of exercise and it's fun. When you're dancing to music, movements can feel inspired, rather than forced. The urge to move often comes up naturally when you listen to upbeat music, and as you dance, the music provides constant stimulation, encouragement and reinforcement. TDF is never boring and changes on a daily basis to keep it interesting with a love for great music at its peak. This class is for every body, gender, age and shape… you will go at your own pace, just like you would in a nightclub.
