What are Duets & Trios?

Duets and trios are special small-group routines that allow dancers to perform alongside one or two teammates in a more personalized competitive performance setting. ✨

These routines focus heavily on teamwork, timing, connection, musicality, storytelling, and performance quality while helping dancers continue growing technically and artistically.

Duets and trios help dancers strengthen confidence, collaboration, stage presence, and meaningful connections with teammates both on and off the stage. 🤍

These opportunities are typically offered to dancers who demonstrate strong teamwork, commitment, responsibility, and consistent training throughout the season.

What is a Soloist?

A solo is a special opportunity for dancers to perform their own individual competitive routine. Solos are designed to help dancers grow technically, artistically, and emotionally while building confidence and performance quality on stage. ✨

Soloists work closely with instructors to develop a routine that highlights their strengths, personality, style, and artistry while continuing to challenge them as performers.

Solos require additional commitment, rehearsals, responsibility, and dedication, and are typically recommended for dancers who consistently demonstrate strong work ethic, growth, and team commitment. 🤍
