Steve Lingham is a self-taught British wildlife painter from Yorkshire who works mainly in oils. His work features tightly observed animals and landscapes rendered with layered, highly detailed brushwork. This collection turns that eye to North American birds—owls, mallards, pheasants, cardinals, buntings, and more.

Join us Friday evening for the debut of his newest collection and an artist reception, in conjunction with First Friday Artwalk & Bastrop’s F.A.M.E. Days!

Our friend Joycelyn Schedler will be in Studio on August 28th this Saturday from 11 AM to 5 PM. She will be painting a live demo so please come in and visit with her and maybe even leave with something extra special since this will be her closing day.

Look What We Found — Part 10
This Saturday, Cedar’s Coppice in historic downtown Bastrop is celebrating their one year anniversary, and we are so happy to see them grow into such an important part of our community.
Owner Shelby is the heart of this vintage café. Friendly, kind, welcoming, and knows her pie’s. Walking in feels like stepping into a longtime friend’s home you haven’t seen in ages. Cedar’s is the kind of place that makes you slow down, enjoy the moment, and catch up.
They’re only a few steps from the gallery. Come for the vintage finds inside; art, books, apothecary, jewelry, vintage fashion plants from Shelby’s homestead, then stay for a bite, a wonderful beverage, and good times. They even host live music too.
Celebrate with them. Tell Shelby hello from their friends at Found Fine Art. This is a special weekend for a special spot.
