We are now accepting 2026 Nominations for Barry Apple Festival Parade Marshal, Golden Citizen, and Friend of The Community!

Nomination letters are due by August 14, 2026.

Parade Marshal — Open to anyone who lives in Barry and deserves the honor of leading the parade!
Golden Citizen — For residents of Barry aged 60 and up who have made a lasting impact on our town.
Friend of The Community — Recognizing dedicated volunteers from Barry and surrounding areas.

How to Nominate
1. Write a signed letter explaining why your nominee deserves to be honored.
2. Include your phone number
3. Include the nominee's phone number.
4. Submit your letter by mail, email, or in person.

Don't put away those 4th of July Decorations!!

This year, the Barry Apple Festival is celebrating 250 years of America with our theme “Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue.” From the stars above, to the stripes in the fields, our festival was founded with the intention of coming together and appreciating the land around us. Thanks to our Star-Spangled Banner, we are honored to continue to host the Barry Apple Festival from October 1, 2026 - October 4, 2026!
