Barberton Christmas Walk formerly known as Winter Wonderland Festival
The Downtown Barberton Christmas Walk is just days away on Saturday November 28 from 5-8PM. After the first Schedule of Events flier was created, a dozen more businesses jumped on board. So this is our latest version. There will be plenty to see & do at no cost. Everything else should be affordable. Stop down for dinner at the Block 7 Bar & Grill, Al’s Corner Restaurant, Green Diamond Grille or Uncle Sonny Place. Listen to music at the Gazebo, R-D Bike Shop, Kave, St Augustines Church or the 12 member Broadview Heights Spotlights strolling carolers. Visit costumed characters virtually everywhere; Lake 8 Movies, Masonic Temple, Diane’s Candy, Attorney Christine D. Finan’s office, Treasure Chest Thrift Store and outside Barberton Public Library. A $5 visit with Santa at the Lake Anna YMCA will include a professional photo with the big man himself, along with free games hosted by the Relay for Life Teams, crafts manned by the Girl Scouts and visit with Summer the therapy dog all while you wait.
We know this schedule is packed & difficult to read on Facebook. Visit our website at www.BarbertonAreaJaycees.com to download an easy-to-read version or visit the Library, downtown businesses or a schedule box during the Christmas Walk for your own flier. Parents of Barberton Elementary School students, check your kids homework folder they should have a flier inside.
