34 yrs and never had any type of floor damage like that, so now it's time to put it out there! ABSOLUTLEY no dropping weights/atlas balls or snatches anywhere in the facility. Tough bodies is not designed for that type of exercise.

This you absolutely do not do on wood floors. There is a platform to do this on for a reason.

Hello everyone! As you know it is important to us for you to stay healthy. What do you need to do to build your immune system? Regular exercise and vitamin C & D. Take your vitamins at bedtime. Your body has more time to absorb the vitamins because you aren't up using the bathroom all the time. If a little tired, try taking B13..This is my regular regimen. I personally have not been sick in 15yrs. Not even a common cold.

Tough Bodies wants to thank all of our members! Members have offered to pay dues early to help generate revenue. Fountain is down due to COVID19, members have brought in cases of water. A BIG thank you for following all the new COVID19 guidelines. Thank you Tough Bodies members!!

RULES
1. 6 feet apart
2. No more than 15 people in the gym at a time. There is 6500 sq feet. Should not be a problem staying 6 ft away
3. Wipe down everything you touch. There are several bottles of spray sanitizer.
4. Wash hands, use the hand santizier and wipes for the front door and keypad that is provided.
5. Bring your own drink, water fountain is down due to COVID19
6. Must sign in
7. Everyone needs a Membership. No guests. I must be able to account for when and who walks thru the door.
8. Please leave your gym bag in you vehicle.
9. Masks are welcome
10. If you feel under the weather STAY HOME!
