FROST DC has designed walls that erupt into flames, fashioned canopies to segue from sunset to starry night and transformed 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue into a rainbow. But some of our fondest memories are the simple touches: white paper lanterns lighting fishbowls with single orchids, the lingering kiss of a bride and groom under a sparkling chandelier, rustic lamps swaying lazily in a cozy garden.
