Over the past 15 years, "Elle Ellinghaus Design" has transformed into Elle & Co., and the one-woman studio now comprises six highly skilled and committed wedding planners who operate from two beautiful studios. Each planner has 8-14 years of experience and started as an intern working side-by-side with Elle in the Baltimore studio. Our team's dedication ensures that every event is meticulously planned and executed, providing you with a luxury wedding planner service. Northeast Studio: Elle & Co’s birthplace, Baltimore/DC. Wedding Planners Jillian, Lauren, Chatara, and Amy. Southern Studio: Charleston, SC. Wedding Planner Chelsea, who started with Elle & Co over a decade ago in Baltimore, is now the lead Charleston planner. In addition to these locations, we travel for destination weddings worldwide to the most enchanting locations across the globe. We like to say we are fluent in “Facetime planning.”
Working with Elle: Elle now lives with her family in Milton, Georgia, still with an overpowering love of design and weddings. While she no longer regularly works with brides, except for special requests and past couples' siblings, she remains deeply involved in Elle & Co. Instead, she oversees each studio carefully, working with her planners behind the scenes to ensure meticulous detail and design in every presentation. Elle is also a featured author in event planning, a beloved speaker, and has gained a media following for her southern home and pastel fashion aesthetic. Her continued involvement ensures that Elle & Co. and each of her Wedding Planners maintain the same level of passion and dedication as when she opened her one-woman studio in 2010.
