Let’s talk about what you actually see.

I have diastasis recti—a widening of the space between the abdominal muscles that can happen during and after pregnancy. It’s something I’m aware of, something I’m actively working on, and something I’m not interested in hiding in the meantime.

I’m a work in progress and a masterpiece at the same damn time.

I see my body. I know what I’m working on. I know what it’s been through. And none of that is going to stop me from putting that s**t ON, taking the picture, being sexy, and showing up confidently while I continue becoming exactly who I want to be.
People have gotten way too comfortable picking apart women’s bodies without knowing a damn thing about the body they’re commenting on. Stretch marks. Loose skin. Scars. Weight. Abdominal separation. Whatever somebody decides to focus on still doesn’t tell the whole story.

Mine has a story. And anything I choose to change, strengthen, or work on will be because I decided to—not because somebody had an opinion.

Talk if you need something to talk about. Opinions have never stopped a blessing, changed my destination, or made me hide.

Matter fact… pressure built this.

Life added the layers. And MUVA? Still applying pressure. And pressure builds diamonds . 💎
