Usually, I’m the one behind the Canon chasing that perfect golden hour glow, but the other evening at Dancing Grain Farm Brewery , I handed over the reins. My 8-year-old, Sadie, wanted to take a few portraits, and honestly... I am completely blown away 🥹
She captured these of me right in the middle of the zinnia field, and looking through them, I’m just so incredibly proud of her eye. She caught such a beautiful, natural lifestyle vibe, and completely surprised me with how comfortably she handled the camera. It’s so rare for me to step out from behind the lens and actually get in front of it, but these instantly became some of my favorite photos of myself — thanks to her 🤍
