We are saddened by the news of the loss of our friend Greg Boaz and his wife Julie. Our prayers go out to his family, friends and especially his son, who we also wish a speedy recovery.

It is with great sadness, and heavy hearts that we must announce that we have lost the founder of The Palapa Bar, Greg Boaz, and his wife, Julie. Details are minimal at best, but his son survived, and is in critical condition in Detroit. The Palapa Bar staff along with the Lone Star Grill staff have been assured by the family that the business and the legend will go on, because that's what Greg would want. Thank you to everyone for your concern and condolences. Godspeed, Mr. Greg and Ms. Julie...you will be missed. Please continue to pray for, or send positive healing vibes to their families during this difficult time.

9th Grifters and Shills - Americana Roots Music with attitude!

12th That 70's Thing - It may be a little warm for polyester, but I wouldn't bet against seeing halter tops, hot pants, sun dresses and you never can tell what else. Come relive the 70's!

15th Ben Reyna - A local favorite singer/songwriter about to release his first CD, It's rumored he knows some Jimmy Buffett too!

18th The Dennis Davis Band - Dennis' original songs are Coastal Americana bliss! He does some mean covers too!

20th The Bryan Shayne Band - This area's biggest up and coming Texas Music act. Come out and you can say that you knew him when!

31st The Kelly McGuire Band - Clear Lake's King of Trop Rock! a local legend!
