Meet the lovely Maxie! Isn't she stunning? I truly loved capturing her noble expression and distinct markings.

* Building depth and texture with black and white charcoal.

It’s been a fantastic day in the studio bringing this lovely girl, Nala, to life with soft pastels. Swipe through to see her transformation—from the initial charcoal sketch and linework to building up the fur texture and those soulful eyes.
It takes time, love, and a lot of focus, but seeing a portrait like this one finished is the absolute best feeling!
