Just got my FIRST EVER summons to appear in court cuz there’s no ‘set fine’ for having amplified music.

A lot of you have taken the time to write great testimonials that I’ve already presented the police department and will continue to expand on for the court as there is no efficient way of getting an amplified permit.

I get why some towns/cities have sound codes but in my opinion as long as I’m spreading love, good vibes and medicine, it should generally be allowed. I’ll try to argue this on Sep 9th in court.

Generally speaking I love the cops - without them we’d have anarchy and crime would go through the roof - the officers of are no exception - thank you guys for your service and professionalism while dealing with this matter.

Please don’t give the cops a hard time, they just have to do their jobs when someone calls them and in this case it’s Danny the magician.

Since then I put a sign up beside him that says ‘this magician keeps calling the cops on other street artists’ but I have to tread lightly as to not get a harassment charge.
