Meet Creative Arts Society Featured Artist Carol Aaron:

Carol Aaron adores the physicality of building a painting layer by layer. Working directly with wood, wax, and pigment, and using fire to meld these elements together, she embraces the chaos of the process and transforms it into something new.

This tactile, elemental approach inspires her to continually rethink her beliefs and reinterpret her relationship to the earth and all her beings. Through her work, Aaron feels empowered to tell her story by reconfiguring the basic elements of the world around her.
