Dance To Empower We focus on issues such as rape, abuse, eating disorders and other pressures cultivated by the media and society.

Dance to Empower is an organization in Austin, Texas committed to helping people transform trauma and societal pressures into growth and power through dance and other forms of artistic expression. Our goals are to empower others by encouraging them to give artistic voice to their experiences, and to cultivate a paradigm shift in the Austin community about healing from trauma. We do this by showcasing our works and facilitating expressive choreography workshops in Texas schools.
