Fifteen years late and all the dollars short. Chad Holt and I spent 11 weeks touring around the USofA in 2010 showing our documentary, Total Badass, and doing all the unmentionable things.

Since Chad was, among other things, a "writer," we'd agreed to keep a tour journal of our exploits to help promote the tour. But that horndog spent all his time on OkCupid trying to find p**n to get all up into in all the towns on the horizon. He had a fair amount of success in this endeavor, but the journal writing took a back seat and hardly any writing happened.

We also filmed a bunch of short vids to go alongside the text, but most never saw the light of day as there was no text to ride shotgun and give the clips some context.

Last year, I decided to cut all the footage into a video tour journal. I kinda-low-key released them on YouTube (and on the FB Page Odd Odyssey: the Total Badäss Tour Journals) but have just now gotten around to having a web page to host them The amazingly talented Beth Been of Countrystarr (and dear friend to both me and Chad) built this wonderful page and I'm happy to now be able to properly promote the series.

If you wanna hang with me and Chad and friends both new and old as we careen across the country, we'd love to have you along for the ride.

Our good friend, the amazing Beth Been, is helping us create a site to host all of the episodes of Odd Odyssey: the Total Badäss Tour Journals. Once we get it all laid out where folks can visit a single place to view the episodes, we will do a proper launch on Chad’s birthday, October 3.

We're looking for a reliable and affordable web hosting service. If you have some $.02 on the matter, please drop some info in the comments. Hugs and stuff!

Sidenote: we will also be looking to promote it so that the videos can find their way to folks who might be into such dumb/charming things. So any leads there would also be appreciated. More hugs! More stuff!

No hurry. It took us months to book and promote, 11 weeks to do the actual tour and an entire year for it to be edited down into these 15 episodes. So, enjoy at whatever pace fits your speed. No pressure.

The episode are about 7-8 minutes on average (a few outliers here and there) and has a total rub time of barely under two hours. (Yeah, it should read "total run time" but "total rub time" typo is worth leaving untouched.)
