Gratitude for Allison! Did we just save the best for last? I think so! Rounding out the final gratitude post of 36 dancers is Allison! Allison is one of our longest standing, most veteran dancers on the company. She is an absolute staple of Meraki. Throughout the years you have seen her as a choreographer, a dancer and a friend to all. Allison is your hype girl- cheering you on and rooting for you all season. What stands out the most about Allison? Too many things to count! First, her versatility is insane. One moment you will see her in a fast fun jazz piece slaying ever single step and the next moment she is grounded in a contemporary piece. Second, her stamina! Allison has endurance like no other. She can handle back to back pieces, intense cardio dances and the stress that comes with executing that at a high level. Finally, her ability to connect with other dancers on the company has been beautiful to watch throughout the years. This season she is a firecracker on stage in “Know Your Worth,” “Too Late” and especially in “Fever Break.” All pieces that require immense endurance, you will not see this girl loose steam! Allison steps in to help out without question and to is much appreciated. We are so fortunate to still have her with us and we cannot wait to see her light up the stage again this July 9-10th MERAKI DANCE SHOWCASE: BACK TO YOU JULY 9TH & 10TH
