This month, we’re celebrating YOU - and all the special people in your life.

🍞 Featured Loaf: Pesto Mozzarella
Inspired by fathers everywhere, this month’s sourdough is a true crowd-pleaser. Fresh mozzarella and a vibrant, Italian-style basil pesto are folded throughout each loaf.

Small-batch, naturally leavened sourdough.

🍪 Celebrating 6 Months in Business!
To mark the milestone, we’re adding my famous classic chocolate chip cookies to the menu! While not sourdough, they’re just as beloved—rarely lasting a day wherever they go.

Chocolate Covered Strawberry

Just in time for Mother’s Day… something a little extra special 💐

This loaf is a rich chocolate sourdough, filled with strawberries and melty chocolate chips throughout — soft, indulgent, and just sweet enough to feel like a treat without being overwhelming.

Inspired by the classic chocolate covered strawberry, but made into something you can slice, share, and savor (or keep all to yourself 👀… no judgment 😏)

Perfect for:
• Mother’s Day brunch
• A thoughtful, homemade gift
• Slow mornings with coffee

As always, every loaf is made from scratch, slow fermented, and baked fresh in small batches.

I’m excited to share what’s baking this month! April’s specialty loaf will be a Raspberry Cream — a soft sourdough loaf swirled with sweet raspberry and creamy pockets that make it perfect for spring mornings or a cozy weekend treat. 💗🍞

I’ll also be offering Easter weekend orders for anyone wanting fresh bread for brunch or family gatherings. This will be Local pickup only Saturday from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
