I just want to share this interview with Lars Ulrich to remind all the creative people out there to be careful of who you call friend and share your ideas with. People will deceive you and do whatever it takes to take your ideas from you for their own gains.
I found myself in a similar situation as this this week with a magazine I created called Rhythm Reload Magazine. I created this in 2019. Spent my time racking my brain and checking to see if the name was being used by anyone and it wasn't. I received a phone call this week from a lawyer telling me that someone has decided to trade mark an patten this name for nation wide use and everything that I have created and have published in association with this name will need to be removed and taken down from the internet or I will face legal action. So always protect your ideas because there are people out there that just cant come up with their own.
I not that attached to the name, I ultimately would have just been happy with the recognition of a good idea and parted ways with it. But I am being threatened instead. So, I will be leaving it up until the last possible second just so you can continue to waste your money on attorney fees. Then I will take it down! Im sure these as***le will be coming to check to see if I have taken it down so this message is for you and I am publishing not he sites page. also Enjoy the fact that you are unoriginal and try to have a great day..
