It's finally here... PORCHFEST is tomorrow! The weather is looking incredible and our porches are ready to host some of the best musical talent Auburn has to offer.

To ensure the best experience, here's a quick FAQ:

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

The necessities:
-A folding chair/blanket
-Sunscreen
-Water
-Money for food
-Good vibes

WHERE DO I PARK?

The best option is the Lincoln Street Parking Garage in the heart of downtown. It is a five minute walk to Porchfest.

HOW DO I KNOW WHO IS PLAYING, AND WHERE?

Keep https://www.auburnporchfest.com loaded up on your phone... the whole schedule is posted there! While at the event, each participating lawn will have a sign with that porch's schedule as well.

WHAT ABOUT RESTROOMS?

A single, handicap accessible port-a-potty will be on-site at 19 Grover Street. Additionally, the NYS Equal Rights Heritage Center will be open and has restrooms available. It is just across the way from Grover Street.

WHAT'S THE FOOD SITUATION AGAIN?

The Local Crust and Muzzi's Italian Ice will be on site for the duration of the event, or until sold-out.

ARE THERE ANY DRINKS FOR SALE?

Our food vendors are NOT selling drinks. However, the TasteNY Market located inside the Equal Rights Heritage Center does have drinks available for sale.

IS THERE ANY COST TO ATTEND?

Nope! The music and good times are totally free.

Porchfest is five days away! We're so stoked for good music and good vibes on Grover and Tuxill. So many great musicians performing this weekend including...

Luis Molina is a singer and percussionist. As a versatile singer, he’s had the pleasure of performing with bands such as the Stan Colella Orchestra, and the Stardusters from Auburn. He is currently a lead singer and percussionist for Ménage à Soul, a 9 piece show band. He is the lead singer for MasFina, a roots, blues and soul band. He also performs with Auburn’s own Bob Piorun, a guitarist and composer.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO: AUBURN PORCHFEST 🎶🐦‍⬛

Our first ever PORCHFEST is just days away! We are working hard to ensure we have a wonderful celebration of local music ahead. As such, we would please ask that you are good neighbors while you're visiting...

☀️ Sidewalks, roads and the lawns of participating porches are available during the event. Please do not congregate on non-participating neighbors' property.

☀️ All city laws are in effect including open container and underage drinking laws.

☀️ A handicap accessible port-a-potty will be available at the corner of Grover and Tuxill. The public restrooms at the Equal Rights Heritage Center will also be available.

☀️ Please plan on using the Lincoln Street parking garage to keep neighborhood congestion to a minimum. Grover Street and Tuxill Ave will be blocked off from traffic during the event.

☀️ Leashed dogs are welcome, but please bring and use your 💩 bags!

☀️ Be a good neighbor... clean up after yourselves, be kind and don't cause a ruckus.

WE'RE OFFICIALLY A WEEK AWAY! Let's keep the artist features rolling:

The Formerlies is a garage rock supergroup that plays popular rock songs from the 60s to the 90s. The band, featuring singer-guitarist Daniel Lovell, bassist Fritz Di**le and drummer Martin Walls, have also released three original songs.

Bring a chair, some sunscreen and good vibes. And perhaps some $$ for pizza and Italian ice. See you on August 23rd on Grover and Tuxill!

Christopher Molloy plays the electric Blue Harp. Nikki Schwarz is a singer and flute player. It's a rare occurrence that this married couple performs music together. They will be playing popular songs that most people will recognize. Enjoy!

10 days until PORCHFEST! Let's keep the features rolling:

Perform 4 Purpose (P4P) provides local youth opportunities to learn, create, and perform music. P4P provides a social environment that enables participants to experience active roles as student musicians, friends, and mentors. P4P also teaches the importance of helping others and giving back to the community by performing live music events for local charities.

Members of P4P will be at 40 Grover all afternoon. Be sure to catch them throughout the day!

Live music, local food... but what about something for the kids?

Don't miss crowd favorite Jim Livi AKA Mega Bubble Man, who will be bringing his Mega Bubble Playground to Grover Street from 1:30-2:30 PM during Porchfest! The world record holder for tallest outdoor bubble, he will be bringing his popular interactive bubble playground to us for kids (and adults) alike to enjoy!

PORCHFEST is just days away! See you on August 23rd on Grover and Tuxill from 1-5 PM.
