I wish I started organizing my paint like this sooner!

My paint tubes were taking up WAY too much space, so I tried something that definitely wasn't designed as art storage... and it works ridiculously well! 🎨

I drew the same bird on Pastelmat and LuxArchival sanded paper to see how they compare with layering, fine details, light over dark, OMS, and even WATER. 💧

Motivation gone? Try a 'stupid little studio ritual' to signal art time. For many, it's a fancy drink, a playlist, or lighting a candle. The trick is creating a routine you enjoy. Motivation often shows up *after* you start, not before. Sit down, work for a few minutes, and the inspiration might just follow.

Are you comparing your unfinished work to someone else's finished masterpiece? It's an absurd trap we fall into. Your half-done sketch won't look like a polished, edited photograph, and that's okay. Don't let those comparisons steal your talent.

Don't wait for inspiration to strike. If your studio is a mess, spend 10-15 minutes tidying up. A clean workspace can surprisingly spark your desire to create and build momentum, preventing procrastination in disguise.
