Going through recipies that i wrote or videos of dishes i cooked had me thinking and I decided 🤔.....I'm writing ✍ & designing my own cook book 📖! Combining my years of knowledge and experience I'm condensing all that in a format in which is sharable to the world 🌎.

To your left are shrimp 🍤 shish kebabs 🍢 with peppers, onions, pineapples, cherry tomatoes, and apples 🍎 marinated overnight 😋. Apples soaked a cinnamon, agave nutmeg based, pineapples in sweet chili, everything else in a sweet BBQ base.

I did so much in this session-menu is listed on the last pic 😋. With meal prepping, committing to set items doesn't mean you have to lack on variety in taste.

My experience from working in kitchens have made my prep game something different. Once you start eating right ✅ it turns into a habit. Saving time, energy and money to eat for your soul (well being).
