I was influenced. We were in the middle of winter and the lack of sun was definitely getting to me. I know a lot of people suffer from depression and lower energy in the winter due to the limited light. So I started researching, trying to figure out what the

Trying to prep for a Hot Girl (or Guy) Summer? Whether you have Chronic Illness or not, my latest post introduces you to some summer must haves. I’m looking at you DrinkLMNT & Wellow.

What are some of your summer must haves?

Last Day of School, First Signs of Summer The day I wrote this was the last day of school for two out of my three kids. If we still lived in Texas, that would mean heading straight to the pool—because by now it’d already be in the upper

Have you heard of a scan? 🩻

Back in December, my husband gifted me a full-body MRI to invest in my health in a big way. Living with chronic illness means my body is constantly full of questions… and this gave me a few answers.

I’m sharing the whole experience over on my blog: https://chronicallychaotic.com/my-prenuvo-experience-a-full-body-mri-for-peace-of-mind/ what it was like, why I did it, and what I learned. šŸ’¬

If you’ve been curious about Prenuvo, you can use my referral link (in the link in bio!) to get $300 off your own scan. I’ll also get a little something off my next one—so we’re looking out for each other šŸ’›

✨ For anyone who’s tired of feeling like their symptoms are a mystery—this might be a tool worth exploring.

For Christmas, my husband gifted me a full-body MRI through Prenuvo. I live with multiple autoimmune diseases and chronic illnesses, which means I often experience pain without knowing exactly what’s going on inside. That uncertainty creates a lot of anxiety—especially since I lost my mother at ...

šŸŽ§ Thanks to , I had the chance to listen to the audiobook of Gandolfini: Jim, Tony, and the Life of a Legend by Jason Bailey — and wow, what a ride.

As a fan of The Sopranos (my husband’s obsession even led us to name our dog Meadow — shoutout to 🐾), I jumped at the opportunity to learn more about the man behind Tony.

This biography didn’t disappoint. From Jim Gandolfini’s Jersey roots to his untimely passing in Rome, it’s an intimate, thoughtful look at a talented actor who was so much more than his mobster roles. Supportive, humble, and fiercely loyal, Gandolfini left a lasting impression on those who knew him — and those who watched him.

If you love The Sopranos, admire character-driven acting, or just enjoy behind-the-scenes stories from Hollywood, this one’s a must-listen. šŸŽ¬āœØ

Head to ChronicallyChaotic.com for the full review! Link is in my bio.

"Other people's definitions of you—sometimes they're more about making themselves feel better. You gotta define yourself." – Tony Soprano I’ll be honest—I didn’t know much about James Gandolfini beyond the fact that he was Tony Soprano. I didn’t even watch The Sopranos until my late 20s

I totally forgot to share my post about my March Reading Log!

What did you read this March? What was your favorite?

The April Reading Log will be posted this week and my goal is to have future reading logs posted within the first week of the next month.

March was packed with captivating reads—ranging from swoon-worthy romantasy to unforgettable non-fiction. It was also one of my highest-rated reading months yet, and (drumroll please)... not a single DNF! Honestly, I’m proud of that. * Spark of the Everflame by Penn Cole— ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…ā˜…ā˜… (avai...

Nisha J Tuli's new book, Not Safe for Work is now available! I absolutely loved listening to this audiobook. If you are looking for a fun summer read, look no further! It covers some important topics, especially in regard to some companies still being a "boys club." The relationship between Trisha and Rafe is wonderful and the secondary characters are hilarious.

You'll absolutely love reading Not Safe for Work this summer.

I absolutely love Nisha J. Tuli’s writing style. I was a big fan of The Trial of the Sun Queen—the only book I’ve read in that series so far (though the rest are sitting in my Amazon cart as we speak). So, when I had the opportunity
