They said “ If you don’t want the black man to know anything put it in a book” seek and research everything! We have to study the things we consume, read the lyrics we sing, pick up a book to exercise our minds, play checkers/chess to learn how to beat our opponent’s. Life is like a game we have to learn how to play our cards right. Everything is like a test spiritually, emotionally, physically, mentally to learn ourselves. We must face our own inner demons and control ourselves then we can control the distance between us and the demons in our neighbors. Learn yourself

Keeping my haters my motivators- 😊
I’m stronger than before. I may slip, but I WILL get back up. I’ve been abandoned and left to fend for myself mentally, emotionally and spiritually which is the highest form of psychological torture. Honestly, there is NO ONE PERSON that I have known, who could EVER bare my experiences alone while walking a spiritual path alone like I have/ doing and survive on their own like I. Family and friends have tried to intentionally break me down and I got back up. I still love, I still believe in God and there is nothing nobody can or will do to change my mindset. I am stronger than before and I am getting more stronger and closer to God each day. God rewards me, not people. God sends his people to deliver the rewards. God judges my heart, people judge what I do. I serve the Great Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the almighty Universal God and God is Love! Peace be still!

I’ve learned to “look at the man in the mirror” and can admit, it’s difficult to communicate with others who believes it’s the others faults and don’t require any healing of their own. Inquiring my needs for therapy like they don’t need it themselves. Lol Now it’s funny because in my healing journey I’ve gotten closer to God and I know only God is perfect and these people look like fools to me now.. FOOL- A person who acts unwisely or imprudently; a silly person. The first thing you do in an AA meeting is admit who you are to others so you can work on it. Smh it’s a shame how I see that most people around me will die a lie. It’s so crazy, how we say we know God and we don’t even know ourselves.
