Afro-Fit by Samba Diallo Afro-Fit is a Total Body Workout developed by Samba Diallo, International Choreographer, Performer, Fitness Instructor.

Afro-Fit incorporates warm up techniques called "expression corporelle" (body movements) used by the National Ballet of Cote-D'Ivoire. As a former member, choreographer, dancer, and certified fitness Instructor, Samba Diallo developed this style, incorporating different techniques learned over the years from research on how one body can move with no limit. Afro-Fit can be executed with live drumming or with recorded African highlife music, which lifts up one's spirit with joy and energizes one's inner self. We teach everything from Coupe Decale, Soukous, and more.
