🚨 VINTED SELLERS, COME HERE A MINUTE! 😂
Vinted is changing up the rules starting October 8th, 2026, so before we all start throwing clothes at our closets in frustration, here’s the quick version:
💰 The “Buyer Protection Fee” is now just called the Vinted fee. Same fee, new name. Because apparently it needed a rebrand. 😂
🏦 Payout verification is getting stricter. Make sure your bank name and Vinted Balance information match, or you may have to verify everything again.
🕵️ Counterfeit claims: Sellers now get 48 hours instead of 24 to provide proof of authenticity.
🤖 AI & content: Your photos, videos and descriptions can be licensed to Vinted for things like AI/ML training. Yep… our listings are apparently going to school. 😂
🚫 Bots & auto-tools: Vinted is tightening up rules around automated reposting, bulk messaging and other third-party tools.
📱 And yes, you’ll need to accept the updated Terms & Conditions in the app starting October 8th if you want to keep selling.
