This magazine just hit the stands, and it’s pretty fun seeing it out in the wild. 📸

I had the honor and privilege to again work with Accent Creative and Explore Braselton to capture more than half of the images featured inside. From a sunrise shoot at Château Elan to spending the day behind the scenes at the Petit Le Mans, this project was such a blast!

It’s my 7th year capturing moments and smiles for Braselton, and it’s always such a pleasure! Meeting so many incredible people, seeing so many friendly smiles, connecting with other small businesses, and helping them shine makes every project extra special. ✨

There’s something really special about seeing collaboration, creativity, hard work, and passion all come together so beautifully on the printed page.

(And yes… that sunrise shoot was worth it. 😅)

January 2026

January is usually a slower month. A reset. A deep breath.
This one had other plans.

We kicked off 2026 at full speed, working with some of the best clients we could ask for - and feeling genuinely grateful for the opportunities placed in front of us.

Plaid Turtle brought Rob back to the director’s chair for another year, while I spent several full (and fun) days photographing their Blue Trust Legacy Summit at the Westin and Gas South District Rob was also busy with kickoff season for Atlanta Vibe and The Georgia Swarm, and we’re excited to once again handle their in-house shows and live broadcasts with an incredible crew.

On the photography side, I may have unintentionally attempted to break a headshot record - capturing 200+ smiles and smolders for Northside Hospital Systems, GATFACS, and GCPS. We also completed several branding sessions that kept our creative muscles well exercised.

And rounding out the month, we photographed 132 adoptable pets for Gwinnett Animal Shelter while our team composed and managed 150+ social media posts to support their lifesaving work. (You will have to go visit thier page and give it a “like” to see that! Gwinnett Animal Shelter)

It was full, fast, and a strong reminder that when doors open, stewardship matters and gratitude abounds.

We are so excited, honored, and pumped about partnering again with our great friends from Gas South District Arena! This time for the ACC women's Basketball Tournament March 4-8! East2West will provide a full crew for the in arena show with camera operators, replay ops, graphics and LED ops, and Director/Technical Director! Rob Mottola

Nearly 20,000 images edited, countless stories told, and the privilege of working with brands, families, teams, and national clients we truly love.

We also had the honor of producing live broadcast and providing professional crew support for two sports teams and other live sports — Go Swarm. Go Vibe.

This year brought business awards, the launch of something brand new (teaching Photography 101), and a whole lot of behind-the-scenes moments — real work, real people, real joy. If you see a selfie… just know we’re trying 😅

Above all, we’re grateful. Grateful for growth, for trust, and for a year led by faith and sustained by grace. Thank you for letting us tell your stories.
