To the class of 2019, welcome! I am Erica Woods, one of the original members and VP of Promotions for EGO Ent. I am excited to meet all of you and let you guys know what we have in store for the coming year. Since I've joined back in 2008 this has really become a 2nd family to me and I hope you all will feel the same once the year starts. As one of the powerhouses for collegiate marketing and promotions, I can say that we are more than just a party promotion team. We've helped push campus campaigns, are involved in community service with the backing of Morgan & Morgan Law and the connections we offer will definitely put you in the right space at the right time. I myself am personally looking for a mass media/public relations intern to work with me on several projects coming up this year- non school related. You will have access to pretty much everything I have access to and be able to network and make your own connections in the process. The one thing I've learned while in college, is not to procrastinate. Get started early anyway you can so that by the time you graduate, you'll have all the necessary experience needed rather than starting at entry level.
I hope this gives you some idea of what we are all about and look forward to seeing you at the first meeting of the semester!
