Misnomer Misnomer is an instrumental fusion group. They use their influences in classical, hip-hop, funk, and jazz to create something new 🎺🎷

Mister Tie Dye originated as a jazz sextet assembled to perform an original composition by José Moran. After José showed that tune to Chandler Greer, they had the idea to expand into a larger and more experimental ensemble. The iteration of Mister Tie Dye that exists today is a nine piece ensemble including 6 horns and a rhythm section. The group performs a repertoire of music that spans over several genres.
