🚨 PAID GIG: Traveling DJ Assistant / Roadie Needed 🚨
Looking for an Atlanta-based assistant to help with a wedding reception road trip! Excellent gig for audio production students, live sound techs, or event production stagehands.
(Please note: We are looking for an assistant/crew member, not an aspiring DJ).
📅 DATES: Sunday, Sept 27 (Depart Norcross) – Monday, Sept 28 (Return morning)
💰 PAY: Competitive flat rate (to be discussed during phone interview)
🏨 PERKS: Hotel room + all meals are 100% covered!
📍 TRIP: Loading in Atlanta ➡️ Event in Ringgold, GA ➡️ Return to ATL
THE JOB:
You will be traveling with me to help run a high-end wedding reception.
• Load/unload heavy audio equipment and lighting stands in Atlanta and at the venue.
• Help set up/take down the Equipment.
• Assist with basic lighting cues and monitor audio levels during the event (I will train you on-site—no deep tech experience required).
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be physically fit and able to safely lift 50+ lbs. of gear.
• Punctual, professional, and comfortable with overnight travel.
• Must bring clean, all-black attire to wear during the reception (e.g., black polo/button-down and dark pants).
