Excited about all that is to come...blessed.

Learning when to use my voice and when someone no longer deserves another word.

I am not interested in pretending that healing has made me perfect. It has made me more aware. More accountable. More curious about myself. More willing to look in the mirror and love the woman staring back at me—even when there are things about her that still need work.

I am human.

I will get things right.
I will get things wrong.
I will love deeply, make mistakes, learn, unlearn, grow, fall down, get back up and continue becoming.

And I want real people around me.

People who don’t require perfection in order to love me. People who can hold space for my humanity without weaponizing my imperfections against me. People who will celebrate the light in me without being afraid of my shadows.

But I also want the kind of love that tells me the truth.

Tell me when I’m wrong.
Challenge me when I need challenging.
Hold the mirror up when I can’t see myself clearly.
Love me enough to want my growth—not my obedience.

I want relationships where we can be imperfect humans together. Where accountability and grace can exist in the same room. Where disagreement doesn’t erase love. Where we can hurt, repair, learn each other and keep becoming better versions of ourselves.

I’m still healing.
Still discovering.
Still becoming.
Still learning how to love myself more completely.

Light and shadow.

I embrace her all. 🖤🤍

I've always been a sweetheart.

I think somewhere along the way, I started believing that protecting her meant changing her. Making her harder. Less trusting. Less loving. Less willing to give.

But maybe she never needed to become hard.

Maybe she just needed me to protect her.

To stop giving unlimited access to people who mishandle her.
To stop chasing conversations people aren’t ready to have.
To stop abandoning myself trying to keep someone else close.
To understand that every feeling doesn’t require an action.

I can love deeply and still have boundaries.
I can miss someone and not reach for them.
I can be disappointed and not become bitter.
I can remain soft without becoming easy to mishandle.

Because at the end of the day, if nobody else protects this heart, I will.

Sweetheart, I got you. 🤍

I am so grateful for a wonderful weekend of creativity and art as I work to create an unforgettable album that showcases my poetry, personal growth, my light and darkness on this healing journey and as I am unbecoming everything I thought I was and wanted to be. Thank you to an incredible team for your hard work and direction.

I spent a long time trying to be the good girl.

Understanding.
Patient.
Forgiving.
Soft.

Making myself smaller so everybody else could feel bigger.
Giving grace long after grace stopped being returned.

And you know what I learned?

Sometimes the good girl has to die.

Not because she became cruel.
Not because she stopped loving.

Because she finally learned how to choose herself.

So if protecting my peace makes me the villain…

f**k it.

Maybe it’s time to give them a villain worth writing about.
