Rapido! Composition Contest Rapido! 14 Day Composition Contest focuses on chamber music and chooses 5 Finalists and 1 National W The Rapido!

Rapido!® A 14-Day Composition Contest was founded by the Atlanta Chamber Players & The Antinori Foundation in 2009 to promote new chamber music compositions. Contest challenges composers of all ages from all 50 US states to submit an original short work in just 14 days: musical form and instrumentation are specified. 5 Finalists are chosen to have their works performed LIVE at a National Competition Concert. Grand prize includes a cash prize, a commission to expand the winning work for premiere performance by the Atlanta Chamber Players in the following season, a 2-week residency at the Hambidge Center, and an orchestral commission.
