Remember this: nobody asked you to be an artist — you chose this path. So don’t let frustration, doubt, or setbacks make you forget why you started. We’re almost 20 years into this journey, and not once did we let complaining stop the mission.
Opportunities come, people offer bags, support fades, circles switch up — none of that defines you. If the folks you expected to support you don’t show up? Feel it for a moment… then get back in the car, wipe your face, and go harder somewhere else.
This dream has to mean more to you than attention or being seen. Because from label execs to family members who swear they can “manage” you — everybody thinks they know, but they don’t. This game evolves every single day.
Make music that feeds your soul. Make music that makes people stay for the right reasons. Build something real so you don’t lose yourself or hurt the people you love chasing quick money.
I’ve worked regular jobs, ran warehouses, and faced every uphill battle — and I’m still learning. But the biggest lesson I’ve picked up is this: if your confidence depends on how loud they cheer… you’ll break down when they’re silent.
Keep going. Keep creating. Keep growing. Your path will pay off — as long as you don’t quit.
