LIFE Event Staffing was born during the pandemic, when our founder saw a talented team lose the events they loved. She brought the tribe back together and built a place where they could thrive again.

After staffing over 4,000 fundraising events, here are 3 things we always do before event night to make it a stress-free success. ✨

1️⃣ We run a planning call before every event. Walking through the run-of-show ensures our team already knows your platform, your floor plan, and your flow.

2️⃣ We train your volunteers. A quick briefing on the technology and the check-in and checkout process helps everyone stay on the same page.

3️⃣ We know the platform. Our staff are trained across the major auction and fundraising tech platforms, so when something glitches mid-event, it gets solved in seconds.
