🌿 Art 2 STEAM Inspirational Moment: Appreciate Every Season 🍂
Life comes in seasons. Some seasons bring new beginnings, some bring growth, some require us to let go, and others invite us to simply rest, heal, and trust. Every season may not feel comfortable, but every season can teach us something.
Ecclesiastes 3:1 reminds us, “There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens.” 🌸☀️🍂❄️
Sometimes we are so focused on getting to the next season that we forget to appreciate where we are right now. Spring reminds us that we can begin again. Summer teaches us to grow and enjoy the journey. Fall shows us that change can be beautiful. Winter reminds us that rest is also part of the process.
💛 Appreciate every season.
❤️ Give thanks for where you have been.
💙 Learn from where you are.
💚 Trust where you are going.
You may not understand the purpose of your current season while you are walking through it, but that does not mean there isn't purpose in it. Keep creating. Keep discovering. Keep imagining. Keep growing.
Different seasons. Same God. Bigger purpose. 🙏🏽

🍂 Happy First Saturday of Fall from Art 2 STEAM! 🍂
Fall is officially here, and what better way to welcome the season than with a little Saturday STEAM! ❤️💙💛💚 This weekend is a wonderful opportunity to slow down, enjoy the changing season, and turn everyday fall experiences into meaningful learning.
Our Fall Nature Collage encourages children and families to head outdoors, collect colorful leaves, sticks, pinecones, and other natural treasures, then use their creativity to make a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. 🍁🎨
Our Pumpkin Science Exploration turns a favorite fall symbol into a hands-on investigation! 🎃🔎 Children can open a pumpkin, examine the inside, explore the texture, count and compare the seeds, and ask questions about how pumpkins grow.
The best part? These activities combine Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math while encouraging curiosity, creativity, family engagement, problem-solving, and conversation.
📸 Try one this weekend and share your STEAM creation!

🍂 Thankful Thursday: Fall Family Edition! 🍁
Fall is my favorite time of year! ❤️ There’s something special about the cooler weather, colorful leaves, pumpkins, cozy moments, and opportunities to slow down and enjoy time with the people we love.
This Thankful Thursday, I’m celebrating the simple moments that turn into lasting family memories. Whether it’s visiting a pumpkin patch, taking a nature walk, making a fall craft, baking something delicious, reading together, or simply enjoying a beautiful fall afternoon—there is so much to be thankful for. 🍎🎃🍂
💬 Let’s make this interactive!
Reply in the comments and tell me ONE thing you are thankful for that you can do with your family during the fall. I can’t wait to see your answers! ❤️💙💛💚
At Art 2 STEAM, we believe family experiences give children opportunities to create memories, discover new things, imagine together, and grow stronger connections.

🍔❤️ FOOD FRIDAY: National Cheeseburger Day! ❤️🍔
Who says a cheeseburger can’t be part of making healthier food choices? Today is a great opportunity to help children explore how small changes can create a nutritious twist on a favorite meal!
🥬 Load it with colorful veggies.
🍔 Choose lean beef, turkey, chicken, or a veggie burger.
🌾 Try a whole-grain bun or lettuce wrap.
🧀 Enjoy cheese in moderation.
🍠 Pair it with fruit, vegetables, or baked sweet potato fries.
💧 Add water or milk to complete the meal.
Food experiences can also be learning experiences! Invite children to build their own burger, identify the colors and textures of the ingredients, count their toppings, and talk about where different foods come from. That’s Food Friday the Art 2 STEAM way! 🌟
❤️ Create healthy choices
💙 Discover new flavors
💛 Imagine new combinations
💚 Grow healthy habits
