After nearly two decades on the national art show circuit we are offering the remaining studio collection of over fifty hand-carved mahogany carousel animals and heirloom rocking horses. This collection includes original Melissa * Laurence designs and interpretations inspired by America's classic carousel masters. It represents the final opportunity to acquire works from one of America's best-known contemporary carousel studios.

The Melissa * Laurence Artisans Collection

For nearly two decades, Melissa and Laurence dedicated themselves to preserving and advancing the American tradition of hand-carved carousel animals and heirloom rocking horses. Working exclusively in solid mahogany, they created sculptures that earned national recognition through juried art festivals, television appearances, prestigious awards, and a White House Christmas commission. The collection now represents the remaining works from their studio—a rare opportunity to acquire the final carvings from one of America's distinguished contemporary carousel workshops

I recently went to my storage and saw an unfinished rocking rabbit. I'm planning to finish it and offer it for sale. Please let me know if you're interested. This rabbit in the photo sold for $500 20 years ago. If you order the last one I can customize it for your home.

To be more childlike, you don't have to give up being an adult. The fully integrated person is capable of being both an adult and a child simultaneously. Recapture the childlike feelings of wide-eyed excitement, spontaneous appreciation, cutting loose, and being full of awe and wonder at this magnificent universe.
