This is a 12 minute short film written and directed by Kelley Lockman. It is about to hit the film festival circuit in the near future, so please stay tuned for future screenings.
Logline: This story centers around Muretta and Marvin, who once were in a warm and wonderful relationship. Love led them to choosing to cohabitate. For reasons unknown and unexplained, their self-built Shangri-La has now turned into a sad and senseless swamp. The days of being a delightful couple are complete, and thus, Muretta asks Marvin to move out. He, on the other hand, still has interest and his own ideas about a future with the woman of his dreams. Her purposely planned visit to the apartment will reveal both a shocked and surprised Muretta. Will she find her freedom during this stop, or can he convince her to stay and stick it out?
