It’s the most peculiar scent I offer. If you want to smell unusual, if you want your room to smell unusual, this is the one. If you love petrichor and mushroom notes, this is for you. If you’ve been waiting for a perfume with a tinge of blood, this is for you. If you romanticize beauty in death as much as Ville Valo does, this is for you.

I am not going to shut up about Exquisite Co**se until it’s in everyone’s hands. I think it’s my favorite which says so much since it’s been impossible for me to pick whenever someone asks. It’s something you can’t stop smelling and I can say that without (some) bias. I’ve watched people interact with this scent— they look at it, they sniff, they look at it, they shove it under their friend’s noses, they take it back and sniff it again, they spritz it on their arm and smell that spot over and over. It’s unique, it’s floral, it’s earthy, but there’s this little tug of uneasiness right under the surface.
