Did you know that the Amanita Muscaria mushroom is believed to have inspired Santa Claus? 🧑🏼‍🎄✨

In ancient traditions, shamans would gather the mushrooms wearing red and white outfits, and pass them out as gifts on the winter solstice.

They’re also incredibly toxic to humans, so that’s a gift I’d personally keep under the tree, if you know what I mean.
Nevertheless, they’re beautiful to look at, and I’m always searching for ways to bring them into my work.
