Blondies Sunday Jazz Jam Now held at Northtown Coffee, the jam formerly known as Blondies Sunday Jazz Jam is a weekly open jam for everybody interested in playing or listening to jazz.

A local treasure, this legendary Sunday Jazz Jam is a weekly open jam for everybody interested in playing or listening to jazz. It is open to players of all ages and playing levels. We play tunes out of the Real Books 1 & 2 so bring your books with you if you think you'll need them. The jazz jam is 3 hours long, every Sunday, from 5:00*- 8:00. Previously held at 420 (!) California Avenue, the jam

moved when Blondie's landlord shut the venue. We are grateful to Northtown Coffee for choosing to continue hosting this historic jam and gathering of jazz music lovers! Come out and play!

The jam continues - John Labno was honcho for close to four years, we owe him thanks and gratitude for helping keep things alive! Master musician Keith Berry, aka "Tree" mc-ed for two weeks and graciously handed the reins back to original jam-meister Don Hammerstedt. Community was strong 12/4👍❗ïļ
