(This recording is from a 2024 studio session). I’m excited about re-recording my song “Losing you.” I originally recorded it back in 2024, but kept it in the vault until I was ready. One thing about me is, I love to challenge my vocals and it was important for me to deliver the vocals exactly how I imagined it for this song, so I’ve been working on my singing via lessons and practice and now I feel ready. I’m also in the process of recording a bunch of other songs I wrote years ago.
I honestly thank God for everything because there were so many times I wanted to give up, and didn’t think I would improve, but God’s timing is always best. One thing I’ve learned through making music is to trust in God, because I know he put a fire in my heart to sing for a reason. To be at a level of singing that I’ve only imagined being at is proof that God has been on this journey with me the entire time.
