Big thank you to Ziggy's Ypsilanti for making room for us in their busy event calendar! We’re excited to collaborate with Top Rank Performing Arts bringing our MONTHLY ARTIST WORKSHOP SERIES to Ziggy’s this September.
The Family 734 Artist Workshop is a monthly event created specifically for urban music artists to learn, network, submit their music, and connect with real opportunities. Each month, we’ll focus on different parts of building a career as an independent artist while creating a consistent space for our music community to come together.

This month we’re getting hands-on with:
🎙️ Radio Submission Workshop
Learn how to properly prepare and submit your music for radio, then get an opportunity to submit your music right in the room.
🎧 Artist Listening Session
Play your music and introduce yourself to The Family 734.
📺 YouTube Playlist Submissions
Submit your music videos for The Family 734 playlist, where fans vote for their favorites and the top videos get played on The 734 Show.
🤝 Networking
Meet rappers, singers, producers, DJs, songwriters, beatmakers, creatives, and other people working in urban music.
We’re also working in collaboration with Sparks The beatmaker and Top Rank Performing Arts Studio to continue expanding the resources and connections available to artists in our community.
BRING YOUR MUSIC! Come prepared with clean tracks, your bio, links, cover art, and anything you need to introduce yourself and your work.
This isn’t a one-time workshop. We’re building a monthly space where urban music artists can keep coming back to learn, build relationships, and find new opportunities.
